Authentische italienische und venezianische Kocherlebnisse in Venedig

Die italienische Küche ist eine Liebeserklärung: einfache Zutaten, saisonale Produkte, Hände, die Teig kneten, und gemeinsam gedeckte Tische. In Venedig trifft all dies auf die Lagune, die Märkte, die Geschäfte in den Stadtvierteln und die Tradition der Cicchetti.
Sebastiano, der Gastgeber und Begleiter jedes Erlebnisses, heißt Sie willkommen: Er begleitet Sie Schritt für Schritt, teilt Techniken und kleine Geheimnisse seines Handwerks mit Ihnen, mit der Einfachheit eines Menschen, der seine Arbeit wirklich liebt.
So entstehen diese Erlebnisse: aus einem Spaziergang durch die Gassen, einer Geschichte, einem Willkommens-Toast und der Freude am gemeinsamen Kochen und Essen.

MANI IN PASTA (HÄNDE IN DER PASTA)

Nach dem Treffen und einem Begrüßungsdrink werden Sie selbst Hand anlegen. Sie bereiten verschiedene Arten frischer Pasta zu – von Tagliatelle bis Ravioli – und wählen zwei davon aus, die Sie mit speziellen Soßen kombinieren.

Anschließend setzen wir uns alle an den Tisch und genießen gemeinsam, was wir zubereitet haben: einfach, authentisch, italienisch.

VENETISCHES ERLEBNIS

Ein Spaziergang durch lokale Geschäfte (oder zum Rialto-Markt), um zu entdecken, wie die Venezianer einkaufen.

Zurück in der Wohnung gibt es einen Willkommensdrink und dann kochen wir alle zusammen! Ein Eintauchen in die wahren Aromen der Stadt.

KARTOFFELGNOCCHI EXPERIENCE

Treffen, Spaziergang und Begrüßungs-Cicchetto.

Anschließend bereiten Sie handgemachte Kartoffelgnocchi zu, die mit typischen Soßen der Region serviert werden.

Ein traditionelles Gericht, das nach Zuhause und Geselligkeit schmeckt.

APERITIF MIT EINEM LOKALEN

Spaziergang durch die Gassen und Zubereitung venezianischer Cicchetti.

Kleine Kostproben, ein Glas in der Hand und das Vergnügen, zusammen zu sein, wie in einer echten Bacaro-Bar.

Denn in Venedig ist der Aperitif ein Ritual, und jedes Ritual muss geteilt werden.
