On Friday 8 May 2026, the RoseMar restaurant, situated within the Hotel Delle Rose, had the honour of hosting the tenth edition of the educational dinner “Quando la tavola diventa Cultura”. It was a special evening that reaffirmed the importance of the values of hospitality, fine cuisine and the promotion of local excellence.

A prestigious accolade for RoseMar

The evening brought immense satisfaction to our Chef Matteo Susan, who was awarded the "Cloche d’Oro" for his starter "Where the Sea Caresses the Land". The dish proved to be the most highly regarded by both the diners and the technical jury – comprising chefs Martino Scarpa, Denis Biondo and Claudio Fedrigo – thanks to its ability to harmoniously blend the flavours of the lagoon with local produce.

This accolade recognises the collective efforts of the entire kitchen and front-of-house team at RoseMar, supported by the attentive, meticulous and professional service provided by Maître Pasquale Varesano. The "Cloche d’Oro" is a shared award that celebrates the unity and perfect synergy between the kitchen and the dining room – which have always been cornerstones of the Mjh dining experience.

The 2026 Dragondoro Trophy and the distinguished guests

To mark this significant milestone, the Jesolo-based illustrator Nicola Ferrarese was presented with the 2026 Dragondoro Città di Jesolo Trophy in recognition of his artistic output of international significance. The evening, enhanced by the culinary journey "Between Tides and Memories", also featured the prestigious presence of ICE President Matteo Zoppas, who provided an overview of the positioning of ‘Made in Italy’ in foreign markets and the great appeal of our products of excellence.

Supported by the main local trade associations, including Confcommercio and the Hoteliers’ Association, the event confirmed once again that hotel catering is now a fundamental component of high-quality hospitality. For Mjh Hospitality Group, offering excellent cuisine means creating authentic emotions by celebrating local character, seasonality and locally sourced produce, leaving an indelible memory in the heart of every guest.
